Senior students collaborated with the Thai Red Cross Society to plan and organise a blood donation drive at St Andrews Bangkok on Monday, 24th March, 2025 – the second successful event after the first blood drive in 2023.
A total of 62 people registered including parents, staff, and students from the STA community, and 47 units of blood were donated, spreading awareness on saving lives with one donation at a time.
The students managed key tasks leading up to the event such as contacting the Thai Red Cross representatives, overseeing schedule, sign-ups, and logistics, and handling communications, publicity, and graphic design. At the event, the students took charge of facilitating and supporting participant registration into the Thai Red Cross’s system.
A special thank you to the students – Shana, Rosa, Proudy, Pan Pan, Kashvi, Vanshikaa, Angelina, Riddhi, Hero, Baitoey, Pal Guts, Rak Kate and Sairah – and a big thank you to Khun Noke, Khun Bee, Khun Annie and all support staff who made this blood drive possible.
